What services do we offer?
Professional Wedding/Event Consultation:
Offer a contract for a specific number of face to face meetings.
Assist in creating a realistic budget of the wedding.
Create a time line and planning schedule.
Review vendor contracts to be sure all prerequisites are there before they are signed.
Send updated reports every six to eight weeks.
Establish a correspondence with vendors, parents, the attendants, and clergy, 30 days before the event. Submit the rehearsal and wedding day schedule to all involved.
Floral Design and Decorations:
Design and construct the desired floral and foliage arrangements. Floral decor in your color (floral sprays, bride, matron/maid of honor and bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, etc.,)
Offer a variety of props including aisle decor ( topiaries, pew arrangements and bows), Corinthian and round columns, lattice panels, Wedding Arch with or without columns, table decor, aisle runner, centerpieces, candelabras (decorated or undecorated), china setup for the bridal party, table linen for head table, guest, gift table, dj, and cakes, skirting, chair covers and chair sashes.
